Blog: Hayashi Runa (November 30th)

Otsukaresama desu. I'm the one drowning in cold water, Hayashi Runa.

(reference to Miona's solo song title)

November 27th.

Hori Miona-san has announced her graduation.

I had already heard about it at the time of the senbatsu announcement of the 26th single,
so I can settle my mind a little better now, partly because the passage of time has deceived me.

Saying goodbye is probably more painful than being told one.

"I will cherish the limited time I have with her and enjoy it one by one."

That's what I think.

..............................................................................

Thanks for your hard work today as well.

I'm Hayashi Runa, a 4th generation member of Nogizaka46.

17 years old, second year HS student from Kanagawa Prefecture

It's Hayashi Runa, the blooming seven's teen.

Don't lose, don't be afraid, I'm Hayashi Runa! Today is another day of hard work!
(makeruna, shogeruna, Hayashi Runa! kyou mo ichinichi ganbaruna!)
(pin-pon)

This is my 44th round of the blog relay.

I have written about the songs I listen to every day.

Maneki Kecha-san's『Arikitari-na kotoba de』(In a ordinary word)

It is like a slice of a mundane everyday life, but not an important, not-so-obvious slice of life.

The words packed into the lyrics of the song are wonderful and make me super jealous.

Well, I can't ever make pork fried with ginger, though.

And not just with a small margin, I end up burning the whole thing.

Shiritsu-Ebisu-Chugaku-san's "Kari-keiyaku no cinderella" (Temporary contract as cinderella)

Amazingly, is a song of Sugiyama-san.
I was listening to the song without knowing it, so I was surprised.
I love Kashiwagi Hinata's voice every time I hear it.

I listen to it as soon as I leave home, it's like a dope for a quick walk to the station.

I've been listening to their songs for a long time.

..............................................................................

Nogizaka skits was recently aired.

I was able to appear in the third episode of the Smile Girls.

I've appeared in the second episode before, and I' m grateful for the opportunity to include the comedian's story in my dialogues every time.

Shiratori-san, you were so kind~

If you haven't seen it yet, please do.

I'm really sorry, but I forgot to take photos of that time.

I'll be careful for the next time.

..............................................................................

Today, November 30th.

Ito Junna-san, happy birthday!!

During the rehearsal of Shiraishi-san's graduation concert, I heard from Ranze-san that Junna-san was cheering us on from the edge of the studio, saying "Go for it! Go for it 4th gens!".

Ranze-san said, "I think she was shy to say it directly" and I was like, "So cute~".

I wish you a wonderful year, I sincerely wish you one!!!

I love Junna-san's Sailor Jupiter!

..............................................................................

Tomorrow is Myu-chan.

Would be pretty tough to have a set of fried rice and bladder fistula.

It wasn't me, was a typo of Miyu's.

(Runa probably wrote hoikooroo(twice cooked pork) and Miyu wrote it again and typed bladder fistula... ouch)

Lastly, just an announcement.

Finally tomorrow, my column at nikkansports.com, "Makeruna! Shogeruna! Noriokureruna!" will be serialized!

I hope you can read it if you like.

Adiós ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

I'm currently reading, "Kyou wa sora ga ichiban suki, to mada ienai boku wa" by Fukutoku Shuusuke.

At the beginning of the first 5 lines, I felt that I liked it.

I often look at the moon recently.

Although the moon is far away, don't you feel closer to it?

The moon never shows its other side to the earth.

It's quiet and inclusive.

I'm quite a romantic, right?

Often couples say when they are talking on the phone,

"We're looking at the same moon right now, aren't we? ♡"

and I'm like, "I'm looking at the same moon too."

A I like egg rolls.

Q My hair has grown out and I want to cut it as long as Hayashi's but still haven't done it yet, I want you to rush on me! lol

Q Isn't it better to play hand-held fireworks in winter?

It has indeed some charm on it, but the fire looks like they'd quickly disappear.

Q Is Runapi from the group that uses the red sheet?

A I use it, but I quickly lose it.

Photobook Interview - Suzuki Ayane (November, 2020)

 "Long Interview"

Through the various experiences I've accumulated,
I want to expand my possibilities.

I admired Ikoma Rina-san, who's also from Akita,
and because of that I applied for the auditions.

ー What kind of girl were you as a child?

Ayane: When I was in kindergarten I had a weak body and was hospitalized about 12 times in total. I'm sure it was difficult for my mother, but I remember that I had a lot of fun.
I have memories of playing with the nurses at the hospital and falling in love for the first time with my doctor. So I don't have any bad memories. When I got to elementary school, I was a quiet, unobtrusive kid who would read a book in the corner of the class.

ー What made you decide to join the group?

Ayane: I started to like idols when I was in junior HS. At first I liked AKB48, then NMB48, and somehow at some point I found out about Nogizaka46. I thought, "There's a girl from Akita, and she's the center of the group!". Nogizaka46 was very famous in Akita at that time.

ー Was that so?

Ayane: Due to the existence of Ikoma Rina-san, I thought that Nogizaka46 was as famous as AKB48. So, when I found out about the audition for the 2nd gen I thought, "Let's go for it". That's how it was. It was when I was in the 2nd year of junior HS.

ー But Nogizaka46 wasn't so famous at that time, wasn't it?

Ayane: Yes. After I joined I found out that the group was still growing. That's why I felt that Ikoma-san's existence was so important.

ー She was a great senior. What made you like idols in the first place?

Ayane: I wonder what it was...., I can't remember.

ー So you only noticed about it when you were next to one?

Ayane: That's right. At the moment I realized, I was already in love with it. All of my family like to sing, and we grew up in an environment where music was always playing in the house, so I always liked music. So I think it was music that got me to begin with. I was like, "I like this song, oh, it's sung by such a cute girl..."

ー It seemed like a pretty daring jump to go from being just an idol enthusiast who was not very outstanding in class to auditioning to be one. How did you feel?

Ayane: Well, I didn't think too much about it, I just thought, "Well, I'll go for it," or something like that. I didn't think it would change my life. It's more like a lesson. I had been taking a lot of lessons since I was in elementary school, so it felt like one of them.

ー Did you talk to your family about it before you applied?

Ayane: No, I didn't. I applied for the auditions on my own, and when a Nogizaka46 mail arrived to my home, my family was like, " What is this?". When I told them that I actually had applied for the auditions they got mad at me.

ー So you had such a bold side. Even after the scolding, nobody was opposed to it?

Ayane: They were, and even though only my father was like, "Why not?", my mother and brother were really against it. But, they thought that I would regret it if I didn't go to the audition and quit, and that I'd feel better if I go to be rejected. And then I was accepted, so I was like, "What I'm going to do...?".

ー So even after you were accepted, your brother and mother were still opposed to it?

Ayane: Yes. They were opposed for like 2 years saying things like, "Are you really going to do it? From now on".

ー Please tell me about your audition. Did you think that you were going to make it? Or was this just to gain some memories?

Ayane: I had never been to any other auditions before, so I didn't know much about it, but I felt like it was just meant to be, somehow. I wasn't overwhelmed, I wasn't nervous, of course that I'd be happy if I was accepted, but it doesn't feel like it was a reward for my hard work....... It was a strange feeling, really. It felt like it was fate. It's like God just put me there with a 'pop', that kind of feeling iis.

ー So you weren't too nervous or overwhelmed when you were accepted?

Ayane: I was like, "I did it, great." More like it was somebody else's affairs.

ー You weren't worried about things like what you would do next or something?

Ayane: I didn't think about it at all. At that moment I didn't realize that I was going to be on that shiny place I saw on TV...... and probably I'm still without realizing it (laughs).

ー Interesting.... Do you have any memories of the audition? I wonder if there were any members who were close to you at those times.

Ayane: I don't remember the audition at all. I only became friends with Hori Miona at the last audition, but I don't remember what kind of people were there before that. Everyone else was very excited. I don't remember, but when I heard someone saying, "You were here at that time," I became very surprised that they can remember that much.

ー How did you and Hori-san become friends?

Ayane: We were the only two people who came from the country. We said, "There are only two of us" and we became good friends.

ー So, you passed the audition. You came from Akita, right?

Ayane: Yes. I went to the auditions alone. And then I'd come to Tokyo on Friday night, take lessons on Saturday and Sunday, and then I'd go back to Akita so on Monday morning I could go straight to school.

ー That sounds very hard.

Ayane: But I don't remember it being so hard. I was enjoying the commitment of it.

ー Did you have experience in singing and dancing before joining Nogizaka46?

Ayane: No, I didn't. I had my first experience after I joined Nogizaka46.

ー How was it in the beginning?

Ayane: The members who lived in Kanto (near Tokyo) had lessons every weekday, so I couldn't keep up with them. But when I noticed that the lessons were over, I wondered things like, "when I would grow up?" and if I'd be able to perform on a stage just like this.

It's normal to have a period of lethargy and smallness,
so I never felt that I had some kind of misfortune.

ー Do you remember the first time you performed a Live?

Ayane: The first time, I think we performed two songs at the national handshake event, but I don't know how we were feeling at that time. We gathered by ourselves and rented a place for lessons. I remember we asked the staff to make a free time for us to practice, and then we got together to practice. I felt that we had to manage it by ourselves.

ー Did you feel relieved when the concert was over?

Ayane: I wonder how I felt....I can't remember. And without knowing it well, it was over before I knew it.

ー Did the performance make you want to do more things like this?

Ayane: Back then, I couldn't look at myself objectively, so I just went up on stage, sang and danced, and went back to Akita on weekdays to go to school, and that was the most I could do.

ー At the beginning of the 2nd generation all of you were under the Kenkyuusei system. What do you think about those times?

Ayane: Well, when we were Kenkyuusei's.... I didn't have actually the time to think about it, so my feelings were the same now as when I was a one. I didn't have negative feelings because I was a one, so I'm the same as now in terms of working hard.

(Kenkyuusei: research student, non-member)

ー Ayane-san, how would you describe the 2nd generation? The members in particular.

Ayane: The second gen.....that it's hard.

ー From the outside, one can really feel the overwhelming strength of the 2nd generation......

Ayane: The second gen members have so many different ways of thinking, so I don't know why we're united to begin with. But, I really love them. I don't know why I love them so much, but I really do.

ー What do you think about the fact that you are called "the unlucky second gen"?

Ayane: I don't think of myself as an unlucky person. It may look like that, but it's normal to have a period of time when you're not in a good place. I don't feel that it was a bad period for me.

I don't mind doing any job as long as I can work for Nogizaka.

ー How did you feel when you were selected in a senbatsu for the first time?

Ayane: I was happy. But at that time, I didn't feel anything special about performing, because I had been asked to substitute several times in singing shows. But recently, when I performed "Jikochuu de Ikou" I finally realized that I was selected in the senbatsu.

ー You were a bit more out of touch with the group before Senbatsu than after it, weren't you?

Ayane: Yes, that's right. I realized that this is what it means to have your position. When I saw senpais who were graduating and kouhais who were playing for new members, I realized that this was the place for me, my position.

ー Because that's a place in which you didn't move, so you could see the change from the opposite direction.

Ayane: Yes, yes.

ー I see... On the other hand there's the Under activities. Do you have any thoughts about their live performances and their music?

Ayane: Well...Under. How it is, it's kind of hard to say. To start with I consider the Under lives a very fun experience. I'm not a passionate person by nature so I don't have strong feelings about it.

ー From what you say, I get the impression that you have a very flat attitude towards your work.

Ayane: Yes, that may be true.

ー You're expanding your personal works to include favorite airplane-related TV shows, stage and screen productions, but is there anything you like or dislike in terms of work? Do you have any aspirations?

Ayane: Well, I have no likes or dislikes, and basically I'm not the "I want to do this!" type of person. I'm not actually a person without a goal, but I think I would do anything as long as I can work for Nogizaka.

ー As the 'Suzuki Ayane of Nogizaka46', you are doing a lot of work to spread the name of Nogizaka, aren't you?

Ayane: Yes, that's right. I don't think I'd like to work as an actress in the future, but I want to do it for the sake of the group, that's the most important reason.

ー So you are not so bad at it?

Ayane: For example, I wish I was better at acting, but I don't think I'm not so bad at it either. It's interesting to discover more and more things about any job as you go through it.

ー You also have the chance to be with your fans, doing handshakes, posting blogs and messaging on 755. Do you like to interact with them?

Ayane: Yes, it's fun and interesting to hear their impressions and opinions from a perspective that I don't have.

ー Do you like to talk with them?

Ayane: I like it. I just feel very sorry that I won't talk much because I like listening to you. I'm really, really sorry about that.

ー So you want your fans to talk to you a lot.

Ayane:  I want to hear all kinds of things from them. I'm sorry for asking such thing (laughs).

ー What is your stance on 755?

Ayane: Originally I used to answer questions on my blog, but it became difficult for some reason, I felt that answering questions and uploading them on my blog were a bit distant from each other. That's when I found out that members were using 755, and I started using it a bit late. It was like moving from just blogs to 755 as a place to communicate with your fans.

ー Is the casual style of 755 just the right one for you to communicate with them?

Ayane: Yes.

I was really convinced that the first meeting of the photobook was a prank.

ー When did you first hear about the decision to publish this photobook?

Ayane: I think it was during the national tour, so probably it was the last summer or so. I got a contact from staff-san. I received a week's schedule, and it said on it, "Suzuki's photobook meeting". I thought, "What's this all about?" and then I got a call from them saying it was decided. That's how it went.

ー What did you think when you heard that?

Ayane: I thought, "are we really publishing it?" I wondered if I was being tricked, like a prank or something.

ー Why were you so skeptical?

Ayane: I don't work as a model for a magazine and I don't have a lot of gravure shoots, so I didn't expect that I would be asked to do this project. At some point I thought that it would be nice to publish it someday, but I didn't think it was going to be true.

ー After we were told that the book was decided, it was at the "meeting" were we met at.

Ayane: Yeah. Since it was just a weekly schedule.

ー At that meeting we talked about various potential locations to choose from. And you had the meeting right after you heard it was decided.

Ayane: Yes, I was in a state of confusion. I was really expecting to be told "It's a prank!" at that point, and I went there prepared for it. But it seems to be true.

ー There was even an editor-like person there (laughs).

Ayane: That's when I realized it's true. So, I couldn't make up my mind or anything. The biggest thought I had at that moment was "It has to be a lie". However, I had the idea that if I'd publish a photobook someday, I'd go to a cold place, so I was surprised when I heard of Tahiti.

ー When you heard the name, you were also like,「Huh? Tahiti? Where?」don't you?

Ayane: Yes. I had never heard that name before. But the more I researched about it, the more I thought it was a wonderful place.

ーFor this photobook, it was asked to Shintsubo Kenshu-san to be the photographer, which was Ayane's request.

Ayane: I'm not so good at being photographed. I don't like myself either on the outside or inside. When you take a picture, it captures not only the outer appearance but also the inner aura. So I didn't have much time to look at the photos I was given, and although I did check them, I just thought, "Oh, so this is how it looks like..." and that's it. But when I saw the photos taken by Shintsubo-san before, I was impressed with them. When I was at the handshake event, many fans said to me, "That picture was good," and I remembered that, so I mentioned his name.

ー I saw that gravure. It was wonderful.

Ayane: But that gravure was shot in the cold season, and it was cold. So I was worried about how Shintsubo-san would be in a hot place....like Tahiti. And I was hesitant to say his name, because I thought it would be difficult for him since he is a very famous person.  But I was very happy to hear that people liked it.

ー Shintsubo-san also remembered the gravure shoot at the first meeting, and he was very eager to do it.

Ayane: I'm glad to hear it. Well, it was so good that he didn't reject it.

ー There was a little bit of time before the shooting, did you do any preparations for it?

Ayane: No, I didn't do anything special. I tried to lose a little bit of weight, but it didn't work out because to be honest I've never been on one before... I'm sorry about that.

ー No, you didn't need to diet at all. I think it was the first time for you to get fitted with a swimsuit and underwear.

Ayane: I was like, "everyone who work on a photobook do this.". I didn't feel uncomfortable about it at all.

ー So you weren't embarrassed at all.

Ayane: Yes, that's right. It wasn't that much, I guess.

ー Now that you've been there, how was Tahiti?

Ayane: Honestly, I can't wait to go back. It very was fun.

ー I'm glad to hear that you had a good time. What was the best part you enjoyed it?

Ayane: The ocean. I didn't think the ocean would be that beautiful. I want to swim again. Even after I came back to Japan, I keep insisting to the members, "I want to go back to that beautiful sea."

ー But you had to go to several places in a very short time, so you didn't have much time to relax, didn't you?

Ayane: But I love to travel with plans, so it was easy for me to have a lot of activities set out in advance. I think it was a very good trip. Thanks to the fact that my schedule was so well planned, I decided that I wanted to do this kind of trip in the future.

ー Are there any countries you'd like to go to once this worldwide situation settles down?

Ayane: I'd like to go to Taipei. I've been there before for a Live performance, and it was fun, but at that time I couldn't do much sightseeing. I'd like to go to the city to eat and walk around.

ー How do you feel about the finished photobook?

Ayane: It has a slightly different feeling from the past photobooks of the Nogizaka46 members, and I think it has a unique perspective on the world, which only Shintsubo-san has. It is interesting that there are pages of scenery only, such as a rainbow, and also pages with my arms up. And actually, there is also a personal book that appears in this photobook.

ー  Kazuo Ishiguro's "Hi no Nagori", right?

Ayane: Yes, it is. I really like his books, and I wanted to read others too, so I bought it. I brought it with me to Tahiti because I thought I'd have a lot of time to read it while traveling, but I didn't think it would be used for shooting. I also think it's a good way to show some of my own personality.

I'd like to expand my possibilities and become an adult that I can't even imagine of now.

ー Please tell us a little about your future. What kind of work do you want to do in the future?

Ayane: As long as I am in Nogizaka46, I would like to continue to work as the Suzuki Ayane of Nogizaka46, not as an "independent" Suzuki Ayane, but as the Suzuki Ayane of Nogizaka46.

ー Do you have any goals, such as what kind of work you want to do or how you want to be in the group?

Ayane: A goal? It's hard to say. But I think all the experiences I've had for the group have been saved and accumulated in me. I don't want to be an actress because I've gained experience in acting, but I want to do it so I can change my career path into various forms and expand into various fields. Rather than trying to break through in one job, I would like to do various things and expand my potential.

ー You are 21 years old now, and you have made it through your teenage years as a member of Nogizaka46. What kind of adult do you want to be in your 30s and 40s?

Ayane: What kind of adult? That's so far in the future, I can't imagine. But when I was a teenager, I didn't think I'd be like this when I was 20, so I want to be like this in the future too. During my teenage years, I imagined that I would go to college and work hard at finding a job in my twenties. But now, I think that when I reach my twenties or thirties, I will get married and live happily to some extent, but I'll be betrayed by him because of me. I think that I'd probably be challenging myself in a lot of ways.

ー I'm sure you'll doing things that you can't even imagine yourself doing now.

Ayane: Yes, I really hope so. If that's the case, I would like to say, "You didn't expect it to be this way, don't you?" to myself!

ー If you don't limit your possibilities, you actually can have a good life.

Ayane: Yes, that's right. If I can experience various things every day and enjoy my life, that would be good.

EX taishu interview - Hayashi Runa, Kakehashi Sayaka

Nogizaka46 - 4th generation
A talk with「Kakebayashi」

Friendship is a love tactic.

Kakehashi Sayaka, who is in the 4th generation, and Hayashi Runa, who joined her mates as the new 4th generation, went from just being interested in each other to being irreplaceable "friends" now. This is an extraordinary love-story of two girls who have many things in common.

Hayashi and Kakehashi are more than just fellow members, they are「friends」]

― Did Kakehashi and Hayashi interacted with each other between the time you passed the Sakamichi joint audition and the selection process?

Sayaka: I recognized Hayashi one-sidedly. During the selection, we had the chance to divide ourselves into groups and present our answers to a question/topic. We were in different groups, but later when I found out about Hayashi's answer, I thought she was very unique. And when I watched the video of her self-introduction, her talk as if she was answering an interview in her imagination was very interesting. Since that moment I got curious about her.

Runa: Eh~! I never heard that before.

― Is that so?

Runa: I’m surprised, I thought that I was the only one who recognized her. I mean, the atmosphere was serious, and it's not like I was trying to joke around or something, but when I saw the reactions of the people around me, I felt like the winds were blowing in the wrong direction (laughs).

Sayaka: I like such unique personalities (laughs). And it's not just because she seemed "different". I couldn't take the initiative during the selection process, so I respect Hayashi for being able to speak well and clear in that moment.

― At that moment Hayashi was also watching Kakehashi, right?

Runa: During the selection process there were lots of participants so I wasn't able to know all of them well, but when I saw Sayaka-chan who was already chosen, I thought, "There's an incredibly cute girl here!" At any rate, I liked Sayaka's face, all the time I was openly saying, "My 4th gen oshimen is Kakehashi Sayaka", and I also used to tell to the trainees about how much I liked her.

― You were first attracted to Kakehashi from her visuals, but what was your impression of her character and personality after that?

Runa: I've always seen Sayaka as a fan, but my image has changed since I' ve become a member. Outsider people tend to think that Sayaka is a cold and blunt person.

Sayaka: Yeah.

Runa: But she's not. She goes after the things she's interested in with a great vigor.

Sayaka: Yeah, yeah.

Runa: Recently I've been able to hit Sayaka's mark, so I've been talking with her with a good control.

ー Kakehashi, is she right?

Sayaka: She's so right. I wonder if she's reading me today.

ー I think that Kakehashi also observes the people and move accordingly to their actions.

Sayaka: Eh~! Really?

ー That's why it's so difficult to move forward(with relationships) sometimes.

Sayaka: That may be true. But with Hayashi I don't have to think about anything, we're more than just fellow members, we are「friends.」Hayashi is the first in the list of all the members who calls me that much.

Runa: Thank you for that. For me Sayaka is like a "friend I made at school".

ー Did that happen as soon as the new 4th gen joined up?

Sayaka: When we started talking on Nogizaka skits(Nihon TV), we noticed that we had the same hobbies, like Vocaloids and watching anime and then we just clicked.

ー How often do you call each other?

Sayaka: Although I'm not a 'phone' person by nature, I like to call Hayashi all the time. But since she tend to say, "I have school tomorrow," we can't get in touch that much.

ー Is there that much to talk about?

Runa: We have things in common, and although that at first glance one might think we are two completely different types of people, our personalities match in some ways.

Sayaka: Yeah yeah yeah.

Runa: That's why I'm not afraid of being quiet with her.

Sayaka: We have the same air, the same vibes.

(Next page)

[ Leaving aside Kakehashi, a girl who can perform with accompaniments, Hayashi... ]

On Kakehashi's streaming (Sept 8th), Hayashi took 143 screenshots of her, right?

Runa: Sayaka was singing with an accompaniment on her streaming, and I really love her voice, so I watched her like a fan would. I was taking screenshots while commenting, after a while I put her shots in my album since I had accumulated a lot, and even though that she was in the middle of the broadcast she noticed that I was doing it. By the way, the name of the album is "Sayaka Kawaii Suki (Sayaka is cute I love her)".

Sayaka: When I did the Nekojita Showroom with (Sato) Rika on September 3rd she took about 500 screenshots from us. But I, on the other hand, was worried about it. Worried that they might stop coming someday. Recently I was thinking that this may be actually Hayashi's strategy. I'm caught in her trap.

Suspicions begets monsters (laughs). Hayashi-san, is that actually a trap?
(Proverb that when one suspects something, then everything will seem suspicious and so on, until that person reaches the shadows(in which there are monsters))

Runa: I didn't mean to do that at all, but maybe the tactic started to work by its own (laughs).

Sayaka: (laughs)

Returning to your streaming, Kakehashi-san's performance playing Nogizaka songs was quite good.

Sayaka: To be honest I've been working really hard on my guitar lessons. The last broadcast was only about the 20% of my full capacity, so I want to improve it.

As an idol, it's good to have more skills up your sleeve.

Sayaka: There weren't so many senpais who had performed with accompaniments at their streamings before, so I wasn't sure if I would be able to do it, but after consulting with the staff, I was able to realize it. However, I was very nervous because more people came to see my broadcasts in September than I imagined (laughs).

Hayashi-san, is there anything you want to do?

Runa: I don't think I've yet found my greatest strength, but I love to talk, so I'd really hope to be able to work in the radio. I'd also like to do something related to my favorite anime series.

ー The manzai you did with Yumiki-san on "Nogizaka skits" was also very good.

Sayaka: Aru-aru Tankentai (laugh).

Runa: I'd like to establish a character who loves comedy as well, since the comedy-loving girl I played in "Smile Girls" on Nogiskits is very close to my real character. Recently I was happy to know that JARU-JARU, who has been a godlike person to me, won the "King of Conte".

Sayaka: I also started to like JARU-JARU so I have more friends now (laughs).

ー Speaking of "Nogizaka skits", Kakehashi's "Insurance Police" is a high quality skit, isn't it?

Sayaka: Thank you so much. The hardest part of that skit is not to laugh at Higashi-san's and Morita-san's ad-libs.

ー Kakehashi-san don't improvise in her parts?

Sayaka: No, I don't improvise, but Hayashi ad-libbed in every skit, I think that it's quite amazing.

She has a terrifying strong spirit.

Runa: (laugh)

Sayaka: There's a lot to learn from Hayashi.

Both of you have a lot of vitality, and you look like you can do anything.

Sayaka: I don't, but I think Hayashi is very skillful and can do everything.

Runa: No, no, no, I may just look like I'm skillful, but actually I'm not. I'm not very athletic, so I have to rely on Sayaka to help me with my dancing.

Sayaka: I'm glad (laughs).

Runa: In the rehearsal of TIF (Oct 4th), we were so close to each other, so close that when one of us made a mistake, we noticed it right away and we were like "Ah!" every time, during all the rehearsal we were like that.

Sayaka: I was embarrassed to make a mistake in Hayashi's presence, so I worked even harder than usual. When I made a mistake and our eyes met in the mirror, I was so embarrassed (laugh).

In the rehearsals isn't fine for one to make mistakes?

Sayaka: Since she kept saying, "I like you I like you" to me, it makes me feel like I've to do it right.

That means that Hayashi's presence is a big plus for you, isn't?

Sayaka: Yeah, yeah.

ー I think there is also the delight of performing with the 16 girls at TIF.

Sayaka: Yes, I'm pleased to know that we will be able to perform with 16 girls from now on. The more people we have, the more excited we'll be.

Runa: It was a pleasure to do it with everyone. It was hard to remember the movements and positions, but it was reassuring to have friends who could help each other. With the exception of Sayaka, with the other 4 gens we exchanged videos giving advices like "this way is better" and so on.

Your love seems to be serious, does Kakehashi love you too?

Sayaka: I like Hayashi a lot, but I try not to tell her too much. I'm just worried that she might be disappointed if I just show and tell everything about me.

Runa: I know I'm saying this, but there are times when I think, "You like me, don't you?
Sometimes I show a side of me that I don't want anyone to be disappointed, but even then, I think I'll be fine with anything because Sayaka takes it easy.

Is there anything you would like to do together in the future?

Runa: I'd like to participate in Sayaka's accompaniments on her streamings.I mostly just watch from the side, and sometimes just shake the guiro.

Sayaka: I'd like that too (laughs). Rather, with the guiro, you say?

Runa: Yeah, with the guiro.

Sayaka: Chaos (laughs)

Runa: I entered the light music club in HS, and since I joined a piano-driven band, I decided, "I'm going to play the guiro with the vocals." So the guiro is non-negotiable.

Do you think you'd like to eventually be established as a formal unit?

Runa: That desire is growing in me as well.

Sayaka: If it's possible then I'd like to do it as "Kakebayashi" (laughs).

Blog: Hayashi Runa (November 20th, 2020)

When I came to like you, it made me realize for the first time.              otsukaresama desu! It's Hayashi Runa.

(she is singing 'Toshoshitsu no kimi e')

When I came to like you, it made me realize for the first time,

That coming to like someone, is a feeling of wanting to know more about that person.

That's why I've thought of wanting to know more about you.

Do you know what day it is today?

Oh, sorry for the late. I'm Hayashi Runa.

Again, do you know what day is today?

November 20th.

It's Sayaka's birthday!

Happy birthday!!!!!!!

As soon as I realized that we were the same age, she overtook me.

She's 18.

I sigh when I realize that now she can get a driving license.

I just hope that she'll wait until I get mine.

Isn't the embodiment of a dream to have her at the passenger seat?

Looking forward to it ☺︎

It's been already 9 months since I chosen her as my oshimen.

I didn't think we could get to know each other so well, so that's why I love her so much and can't stand her peculiar feeling and the relationship I have with her.

I want to see more sceneries with her in the future.

At the end, the stars will be beautiful.

Sayaka is really doing her best.

...........................................................................

Thank you for the nekojita SHOWROOM of the other day.

My partner was the above-mentioned Kakehashi Sayaka!

It was super fun!!!

As soon as it was over, I thought that I wanted to do it again.

I hope I shown you how it's our relationship, or rather, our normal selves...

No, that's not. It's not like we mounted a fake scenery or something,

but I think I managed to bring out Sayaka's expressions and also her rare self.

What do you think, everyone? nee~

It was amazing to see so many people watching.

Thank you so much ! ! ! ! ! !

The rascal who took away Sayaka~~!!!!

Blog: Hayashi Runa (November 15th)

Otsukaresama desu! The news won't stop...   I'm Hayashi Runa.

(there's a pun between tomaran, which is short version or tomaranai(won't/don't stop) and Ranze, like "tomaranze". I'll just use 'won't stop' from now on)

(pin-pon)

This is my 41st round of the blog relay.

Something I've been thinking about lately... well, I overheard a conversation from my classmates, and do you know that there's people who'd say, "my favorite smell is the one from the shampoo in my hair"?

No, I don't know if that'd be true. And although I don't know, I just keep wondering, "does it really smell like shampoo?"

I can understand if it's close enough, but for example, when you are just passing by and smell the shampoo, then get startled by it

that it's just too much shampoo.

Don't, over-use it, never.

I know that it's a nonsense, but that's all I can't think when it comes to recent things.

Please don't over-shampoo yourselves.

...........................................................................

I have been asked to take over Terada Ranze-san's column, "News won't stop" which has been serialized in nikkansports.com.

I'm very nervous.

I was asked to do this on the same day of the interview with Ranze, that is to say, right before I decided to baton pass the column over from her, and to be honest, I wasn't sure if it was right for me to take over her job since I don't have much experience with it.

But then I heard from her that I was the first person who came to her mind when she was discussing it,
I'm so happy to be able to put my favorite subject, "spelling", to good use in this way.

From now on I'm going to make my best effort.

The new title will be "Don't lose! Don't be afraid! Don't fail to keep with it!"

It was taken by Manager-san.

Please check out the Nogizaka46' Newspaper that was published on Nov. 13th for more information about the interview.

...........................................................................

I went to Shiraishi-san's collab-cafe.

I ate that orange & banana crepe.

I wasn't conscious about taking pics, so I couldn't take a good one.

Was very delicious.

Kakehashi camera

Oh, I have a picture of the Sayaka that we all love

From the boyfriend's perspective

...........................................................................

November 11th.

Sakaguchi Tamami-san, happy birthday!!

You look really beautiful when you dance, and I'd really love to learn from you.

On your segment in 46 hour TV's "Tama-training!" although that it looked pretty difficult, I really liked to see Tamami-san on the monitor, you were so cute and lovely!

I haven't any chance to talk to you yet, so please let me talk to you at the next Nogizaka Skits recording.

I wish you a wonderful year!!

...........................................................................

Tomorrow is Myu-chan.
What do you want to eat?

Adiós!!!!!!!!!!!!

yours sincerely.

On November 12th, it was announced that "News won't tomaranze", a column by Terada Ranze (22), a 2nd gen member of Nogizaka46, will be coming to the end of its serialization on 'nikkansports.com' this month, after 5 years from its start.

乃木坂46の2期生、寺田蘭世(22)がニッカンスポーツ・コムで連載しているコラム「NEWSがとまらんぜ」が、連載開始からまる5年となる今月、最終回を迎えることが12日、分かった。

Starting from this month, Hayashi Runa (17), a 4th gen member, will start serializing her new column, "Don't lose! Don't be afraid! Don't miss it!". The 2 of them will be on the "Nogizaka46 newspaper   Autumn 2020  New Chapter Entry" issue, which will be released sequentially starting from November 13th, and there they will also talk about the baton pass of the column.

Blog: Hayashi Runa (November 10th)

Otsukaresama desu! Mainly talking about my seniors. I'm Hayashi Runa.

Thanks for your hard work today as well.

I'm Hayashi Runa, a 4th generation member of Nogizaka46.

17 years old, second year HS student from Kanagawa Prefecture

It's Hayashi Runa, the blooming seven's teen.

Don't lose, don't lose heart, Hayashi Runa! Today is another day of hard work!
(makeruna, shogeruna, Hayashi Runa! kyou mo ichinichi ganbaruna!)
(pin-pon)

This is my 40th round of the blog relay.

It happened recently, (no, I don't want to use "recently" now, because of the context)

Usually there was some wavy few words after the predefined, ''This is my ○ round of the blog relay." and then I'd get right to the main point.  Things like current circumstances, recent things, and so on...

But for the last few times, or rather a while, I think I've been going right straight to the point.

And now I remembered that this is actually the place to write about recent events.

Yes, that's right.

...................................................................

[Nogizaka skits ACT 2] began last night.

Starting from the season 2, we will be working together with the 3rd generation members.

Together with all of them who are so encouraging, I'll do my best with all my might.

Here's a few things that happened when we had the recording for ACT 2.

As I told you in the last Nogiobi, she is my senior from the 3rd gen.
I mentioned her on my blog as "one of the senpais I'd like to talk to", and that's how I could get in touch with her, Yoshida Ayano Christie-san.

Nakamura Reno-san, who read my blog at that time and contacted me on the occasion of my birthday.

And who I nominated as my oshimen, Ito Riria-san.
(Apparently she has 1 oshimen per generation)

I thought it was a good opportunity, I gave it a try, and on that day I successfully managed to talk with all of them!!

After I saw that everyone was playing "isse-no-se" together, I was wondering if it was the right timing to go and talk to them,
(Although 'isse-no-se' is the japanese version of the yell, "three, two, one, go" it's also a grupal game with numbers)

so I sent a message to Ayatie-san with "Can I talk with you now?" and she agreed, so I asked to Sayaka to join us and we set off.

After that, together with Ayatie, Reno, Riria, Sayaka and I had the chance to play "isse-no-se" too, I was so happy!

Then, Ayatie-san whispered something to Riria-san, and then Riria-san told me "I like you!".

I'm glad to hear it! Lovely! The best thing in the world!

It wasa lot of fun to talk with all of you.

I personally think that my proactive stats are growing.

Nogizaka Skits ACT 2, yoroshiku onegaishimasu!

...............................................................................

The other day, when we passed each other at work, the kind Ayatie-san gave me an artificial Sakura petal!

I protected it successfully.

...............................................................................

[Nogizaka46 4th gen Live 2020]

It has been announced that we will be able to hold a 4th gen Live on December 6th(Sun).

We are really grateful to be able to perform with the 16 members.

In order for everyone to enjoy the live,
we are going to deliver so much enthusiasm that you'll be so exhausted that you'll be late for the next day, yoroshiku onegaishimasu!!

I will try my best with the help of the 4th generation' reliable teachers.

........................................................................................

This is the costume of "Sekai de ichiban kodoku-na LOVER".

As I said above, Hayashi succeeded in communicating with the 3rd gens, so I tried to talk to them at the rehearsal the day before and also on the day of the show.

That's right, that's why I was able to get their signs on their photos.
(see past blog's pic for more info)

While I was walking by on the day of the rehearsal, Riria-san approached me from behind.
All I could say was "G-good morning!"

That day everyone was very kind... and when Reno-san and Ayatie-san passed by, they said hello to me, and warmth permeated all my internal organs.

I was soaked to the bone, I felt like I was going to swell up.

I was so happy ☺︎

It was taken by Nao

It looks like I was trying to be a bird or something.

..................................................................................

Tomorrow is Myu-chan.

Thank you so much for your guidance and encouragement.

Adiós ! !

The other day at my Nogiobi I said, "I like curry with summer vegetables, but this year I haven't eaten any."

and turns out that my mother heard that, so she declared, "You will definitely have that curry."

She seemed to regret that she had been forgotten it and cooked a curry with summer vegetables for me.

P.S. "shut up, say something, no way"
I've said a lot of times, just her voice was really soothing and cute.
Rika, otsukaresama, you were super cute ☺︎

yours sincerely.

Blog: Hayashi Runa (November 5th)

Otsukaresama desu. Hayashi Runa desu.

(pin-pon)

This is my 39th round of the blog relay.

I think I'm going to go to sleep today while listening the "39" in my head.

.............................................................................

While I was thinking about what I'm going to write, I noticed that there's so many new things and I can't put them all together, so I'll just write a bit.

All the members of Nogizaka46 are appearing in Anan, which was released on November 4th.

The five members of the new 4th gen also were on a symposium, and we'd learned about the fashion trends of our group, and we'll use these learnings to improve our relationships even more.

I gained a lot of new knowledge and I had a very valuable experience.

Thank you very much for this.

Staff-san took this for me.

Miyu-chan and Rikatan are so cute, aren't they?

..............................................................................

October 31st.

Sayatan happy birthday!!

As I told you in the after-talk of Nogiobi the other day, Sayatan is booming!

I don't know if it's right to call her 'booming', but I've been wanting to get to know her for a long time, and I think we've been able to close the gap between us just since the last month or so.

Sayatan I like you! Keep up the hard work!

November 1st.

Watanabe miria-san, happy birthday!!
During the full-rehearsal, she said to us the new 4th gens, "If there is something you don't understand, come and ask me right away." and I was very moved.

I really love Miria's dancing.
My mother also loves her dancing.

Although I'm sure that I'll need your help from now on, I'm looking forward to working with you!

..............................................................................

It's already November.

Saying 'already' doesn't make me feel that the time is flying by, but rather that I'm not keeping up with it.

What makes me feel the change of the seasons?

When the scenery is no longer the same as usual
When the number of voices you hear decreases
When the smell of the laundry has changed

There's a lot.

But I think it's most likely with the birthdays.

Dates are numbers, so it's easy to understand, but I feel the seasonal change when I realize that it's already someone's birthday.

It's nice to celebrate one, isn't it?

If you have a birthday today, happy birthday.

If your birthday is in November, happy birthday again.

..............................................................................

Tomorrow is Myu-chan.

Miyu's hair smells sooo good.

P.S.: Thank you very much for the Nogiobi of the other day.
I'm going to eat Hoikōrō today.
(twice-cooked pork, maybe a chinese dish because of the kanjis)

Adiós ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Yours sincerely.
